Return Policy

We are happy to serve you and ensure you are satisfied with our products. At the same time, this Return policy will help you understand how we accept returns / refunds in case of damage/dissatisfaction/or any other unforeseeable situations.

If the product is damaged, it should be reported within 2 days. We will arrange the pickup to collect the product within 2-3 working days. Once the product is received at the hub, the exchanged product will be shipped within 7-10 days, depending on the location.

Refund policy

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

Cash on Delivery

Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account within 2-3 days as store credit and can be used for the subsequent order in the future.
